Physical Science A
Bellwork:
    1.  What is a wave?  How do they impact our lives?

Objectives:
    1.  Describe what a wave is, the different classifications of waves, and the characteristic of a typical     wave.

Check Vocabulary and section review pg 295.

Discuss types of waves and wave characteristics.

Model wave motion with spring and slinky.

HW:  Concept review sheet on general wave characteristics.  Lastly, please make sure you have read Chapter 10 and do the section 2 review questions.

Physical Science B

Check Homework, abiotic and biotic factors.

Bellwork:
    1.  Explain how the abiotic factors in an environment have a huge impact on the biotic factors living in an     environment.

    2.  Explain the difference between symbiotic relationships and parasitic relationships.

Objectives:
    1.  Understand the difference between climate and weather.

    2.  Be able to provide general explanation on how ecosystems recover from a disturbance.

Discuss interactions, climate and weather and succession.

When done, work with you partner on the seccession activity.

Exit ticket: 1.  What do you understand?
          2.  What could you use a little more discussion on?
