Physical Science B(Tuesday)
No Bellwork today!
Log on to your computers and get into examview
When you have finished, read chapter 7, sections two and three in the text over electricity. We will discuss electricity and its applications. Please answer the questions for the section 2 and 3 review at the end of each section(pgs. 205 and 213).
We will have a test remediation tomorrow.
Lastly, please hand in the review questions and the electrostatics lab. I will check these over break.
Physics B (Tuesday)
Bellwork:
1. A circuit is hooked up in such a way that the current is the same in each of the resistors. Resistor number one has a resistance of 6 ohms, the second has a resistance of 8 ohms, and the third has a resistance of 10 ohms. If the total voltage in the circuit is 24 volts, find the voltage and current in each of the devices. Secondly, find the total current and resistance for the circuit. Lastly, identify what type of circuit we are dealing with in this problem.
Collect the bookwork that was assigned over the weekend.
Finish the lab on resistance. This will be collected tomorrow.
I know that I had intended to have a test today, but we are not ready yet. We will continue this chapter through break and then test when we get back.
HW: Finish the summary questions over the resistance lab. If you have any issues, please stop in to see me.
